EATING OUT

On Thursday 25^th 2018

I woke up earlier and went to school at 6:25 am. I went there on foot because my boarding house isn’t far from my school. It took only around ten minutes to arrive at school. A few minutes later while waiting for my first class to start, I had some bread and a cup of coffee for breakfast at the canteen. Around 9 o’clock, my first class started. In the first class I learned about eating out and food questionnaire, did the listening activities, and guessed the dish or menus we would have for our eating out. At the end of the class, my classmates and I did a dance rehearsal for a few minutes for a better performance. We didn’t have the second class because we would have a class outing to a restaurant at Sindhu Beach in Sanur. At around 11 o’clock before going the restaurant, we booked two grab cars. It took around 20 minutes to get there by grab. We arrived at Sindhu Beach at 11:30am. From there, we had to walk for about 100 meters to get to Sand Beach restaurant. While we were walking, our teacher Mr. Andre was talking to a Dutch couple. While waiting for our lunch Mr. Andre asked us to make small groups and then we played English grammar games and also checked the menus that we had chosen from our classroom. Not long after that, the waiter and the waitress came and offered our food and drinks. All of us had the same drink but different kinds of food. We all had Fresh Blended Juice for the drink. For the food, some of my friends had Fish and Chips, some others had Grill Chicken Breast Burger and I myself had Chicken Parmagiana. All the food and drinks were very delicious. It was really amazing because that was the first time we had eating out in the beautiful restaurant like that. After we had our lunch, some of my friends and I walked along the beach and took some nice pictures but other friends just sat down with Mr. Andre in the restaurant while enjoying the wonderful views around the beach. When we came back to the restaurant, we did the dance. Then Mr. Andre gave us some pieces of paper and we had a group discussion. After that, we interviewed some tourists from several different countries. I was really happy because at the time I interviewed Layla, the old woman from Denmark. At 4 o’clock we decided to go back to school. Before that, some of my friends wanted to swim but the sea water wasn’t clean so they changed their mind to keep walking to the crossroad near KFC and Dunking Donuts. Not far from the crossroad, there is a mini market where we bought some soft drinks and snacks. My friend Itamius and I also bought nice sun-glasses there. Then we went to Dunking Donuts and we booked grab cars again. We arrived at the school at 4:10pm. Finally we gathered at the canteen for a few minutes and Mr. Andre gave us some information. After that we did other activities. 

That’s all my report about what I did with my classmates and my teacher.
